Before you leave

A few checks now make arrival easier.

  • Save it in the format your event accepts; some tickets need the official app.

  • Check the event’s age and ID requirements.

  • Confirm bag size, prohibited items, and any camping rules.

  • Include the weather for your journey home.

  • Keep your travel and accommodation details with them.

  • Choose a clear meeting place and time in case phones lose service.

  • Check the event map and confirm when you arrive.

  • Confirm the named guest, arrival window, and documents the event requires.

  • Use the event’s official policy to confirm what is provided and permitted.

The essentials

Keep these secure and easy to reach.

  • Check whether the event uses cashless payment.

  • Check the event’s battery rules.

  • Check that it fits your phone and power bank.
